Terms and Conditions ISMA88 – Platform Usage Guidelines

1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.

In all circumstances, ISMA88's maximum total liability to any member is limited to the actual deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

ISMA88 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, unless otherwise stated.

In the event of any discrepancy between a translation of these Terms and Conditions in another language and the Malay version, the Malay version shall serve as the official reference.
